Jennifer Neglerio, DDS Born and raised in Rancho Penasquitos, Dr. Jenny Neglerio is an alumni to Adobe Bluffs, Black Mountain and Mt. Carmel. She continued on to the University of California, Irvine to receive her Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of California, San Francisco, School of Dentistry.
